LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EVENT “THE MAGIC OF BASKETBALL IS CELEBRATED TOGETHER 🏀🦁 AND AS A FAMILY”

 

  1. ORGANIZER AND VENUE
    The event “The Magic of Basketball is Celebrated Together🏀🦁 and as a Family” (hereinafter, “the event”) is organized by Terra Taberna do Miño in collaboration with the Breogán Basketball Club. The event will take place on November 19th, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the facilities of Terra Taberna do Miño, located at Rúa dos Canteiros, 11, Pol. Industrial O Ceao, 27003 Lugo.
  2. ELIGIBILITY
    This event is open to the public wishing to participate, provided they meet the requirements established in these terms and conditions.
  3. TICKETS AND SALES
    Tickets for the event will be available for purchase from November 11th to November 17th, 2025, in person at Terra Taberna do Miño. The price of each ticket is €10, which includes one drink (limited to a standard drink) and participation in the raffles described in section 4.
    Limited capacity: 50 people. Tickets will be available until sold out. Tickets will not be sold to minors; however, minors may attend if accompanied by a responsible adult who has purchased a ticket.
  4. RAFFLE DETAILS
    During the event, four raffles will be held among all attendees, and prizes will be awarded to each winner on the same day. Prizes are as follows:

    1. Menu for two at Restaurante Terra. A lunch with the daily menu (valued at €14/person) will be raffled for a Saturday chosen by the winner, subject to prior reservation. Winners will have 3 months to claim the prize. Any additional consumption will be at the customer’s expense.
    2. Official merchandising from Breogán Basketball Club.
    3. 4 winners will enjoy a VIP meeting with CB Breogán players, including an afternoon snack. This meeting will take place immediately after the raffle, estimated at 7:30 p.m., and will last approximately 20 minutes.
    4. Opti Pro and Opti Go pack (100% Galician milk protein shakes), along with two LugOH! T-shirts

    Winners may decline the prize obtained, but under no circumstances may it be exchanged for another prize or for its monetary value. The commercialization and/or sale of the right to obtain the prize is prohibited.

    Declining the prize does not entitle the participant to any compensation.

  5. DRINK AND CONDITIONS
    Each ticket entitles the participant to one standard drink, which may include water, soft drinks, beer, or wine. However, mixed drinks, premium wines, and spirits (whisky, vodka, gin, etc.) are excluded.
    The sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
  6. DATA PROTECTION
    Participants in the event consent to the processing of their personal data for purposes related to the event and raffles, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
  7. LIABILITY
    The organizer is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during the event, either to participants or their companions, unless caused by negligence on the part of the organizer.
  8. IMAGE RIGHTS
    Attendees authorize the organizer to record and use their image or event videos for promotional purposes of CB Breogán and Terra Taberna do Miño.
  9. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION
    The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time due to force majeure or organizational reasons, without giving rise to any claim for compensation.
  10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    Purchasing a ticket and participating in the event implies acceptance of these legal terms and conditions, as well as the participation and raffle rules described herein. In case of disputes or claims, the competent court will be that of the location where the event is held.
